GOLF CARTS ON PUBLIC STREETS/LANES
Persons operating a golf cart on a public street or lane must have a valid driver’s license and must be using the golf cart for the sole purpose of transporting to and from the golf course using the most direct route. Golf carts are not meant to be used as a general means of transportation within Town limits. These rules must be strictly followed or this privilege may be revoked.
Also a reminder to all residents of the Town and surrounding districts that the Golf Course in not a park for walking/exercising yourself or your pets. It is also not a playground for your children or a shortcut to school. We do not want to cause any problems for our golfers or the general public as this practice can be potentially very dangerous.
