THANK YOU DELISLE CO-OP

Christmas is a time of joy, a time for family, a time for giving. This year the Delisle Elementary School Families and the entire Staff will be blessed with a gift of kindness like no other.

Darin Seklulich (manager of Delisle Co-op) and the Board of Directors recognize the school year has had its challenges this year. Families and staff in the school community have had insurmountable amounts of change this year. 2020 has just been plain old hard. In conjunction with the “12 days up to Christmas (break)” classroom activities that the school is putting on, the Co-op has generously donated to EACH FAMILY attending the Delisle Elementary School, one Turkey for their Christmas festivities! The idea is to provide a meal for the families of the school community with the thought that if it wasn’t needed or not their choice of dinner the family could choose to “pay forward” the gesture to someone else if they so wish. The Delisle Elementary School has families from a wide variety of communities, Delisle, Vanscoy, Pike Lake and the surrounding acreage areas.

The Delisle Co-op has been a huge supporter of many activities at the Delisle Elementary School. This true act of kindness and generosity is just one of the many benefits our school community has received from the Delisle Co-op over the many years.

We can’t begin to thank the Delisle Co-op enough for their generosity to our school students and staff! This overwhelming act of support and love during such trying times will be remembered. Thank you for putting some joy in our year!
